Single-varietal oil from the Morruda variety. Very balanced and harmonious, with a distinct touch of freshness.

Cold-pressed, gently filtered to preserve all the properties of the olive juice. Exclusive and very limited production.

Very fruity, slightly bitter, and mildly spicy. With medium sweetness and astringency.
The typical aromas are reminiscent of almond and green apple.

Morruda is ideal for pairing with tomatoes, tuna belly, artichokes, burrata, etc.

Aceite Monovarietal de la Varidad Morruda. Muy equilibrado y armonioso, con un marcado toque de frescura.

Elaboración del aceite en frío, filtrado suave para conservar todas las propiedades del zumo de la aceituna. Producción exclusiva y muy limitada.

Muy frutado, poco amargo y poco picante. Con dulzor y astringencia medios.
Los aromas típicos nos recuerdan a almendra y manzana verde.
