Elaboration: Dissolve the content in 300 ml of cold milk, use a hand blender to mix for 1 minute, increase to full power, and blend for 2-3 minutes to dissolve completely, the content, and to allow the mixture to thicken.

Pour into a bowl and refrigerate for 3 hours. Before serving sprinkle evenly with sugar and use a kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar until browned and crusty.

Elaboración: Disolver el contenido en 300 ml de leche frí­a, mezclar con batidora de mano durante 1 minuto, aumentar a mí¡xima potencia y batir durante 2-3 minutos para disolver completamente el contenido y dejar espesar la mezcla.

Verter en un bol y refrigerar durante 3 horas. Antes de servir, espolvorar uniformemente con azúcar y utilicar un soplete de cocina para caramelizar el azúcar hasta que se dore y se forme una costra.
